Bakalářská práce s názvem Změny po rekodifikaci občanského zákoníku v právním institutu nájemní smlouva zkoumá, jaké největší změny prodělaly nájemní vztahy ke dni 1.1.2014, kdy vzešel v účinnost zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Toto znění občanského zákona se vrací k prvorepublikové úpravě, na rozdíl od znění zákona č. 40/1964 Sb. V této práci je hlavním cílem, na základě srovnání obou zmiňovaných znění občanského zákoníku, charakterizování a vysvětlení změn, které rekodifikace do tohoto právního institutu přinesla. V první kapitole práce je čtenář seznámen s obecným vývojem nájemních vztahů na našem území od dob římského práva do doby nájemních vztahů po roce 1964. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na samotné odhalení změn, které nastaly, a jejich vysvětlení a porovnání s předchozí právní úpravou. Třetí kapitola, praktická část, se zabývá rozborem procesu uzavírání nájemní smlouvy s průběžným odkazováním se na přiložené nájemní smlouvy reálně uzavřené v minulých letech. The thesis Changes of legal institute of Lease Agreement after the Recodification of the Civil Code focuses on the major changes, which have been implemented in lease relations. The new version of the Civil Code entered into force on 1.1.2014. This version sources from the Code of the First Czechoslovak Republic unlike the version valid from 1964. The main target of the thesis is to describe and explain changes in new Civil Code in comparison with the previous one. In the first chapter readers become familiar with the basic evolution of lease relations in our territory from the period of Roman law to the second half of the 20th century. The second chapter concentrates on the individual changes, which have been set in, their explanation and comparison with foregoing legislation. The third chapter, the practical one, analyses the process of concluding a lease agreement itself. It refers to the existing concluded lease agreements.
