In this paper we present home made design and construction of multichannel amplifier for the strain gauge plethysmograph for polysomnography. The basic advantages of our design are its eight channel capacity in one device and possibility of independent supply from the battery package V příspěvku popisujeme vlastní konstrukci vícekanálového zesilovače pro rtuťový plethysmograf pro polysomnografii. Hlavní výhodou našeho řešení je osmikanálový systém v jednom zařízení a možnost nezávislého bateriového napájení
