Tato bakalářská práce si klade za úkol identifikovat a definovat bariéry, proměnné, které určují rozdílnou míru integrace vietnamské diaspory do české společnosti ve čtyřech dimenzích integračního procesu, a to strukturální, kulturní, interaktivní a identifikační. Zjišťuje roli samotných migrantů při tvorbě a odbourávání překážek integrace. The submitted thesis aims at identifying and defining barriers, variables, that determine different rate of integration of Vietnamese diaspora thorough generations into the Czech society in four dimensions of the integration process (structure, culture, interaction and identification). It identifies the role of the migrants themselves when creating and removing barriers to the integration.
