Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ekologického zemědělství v prostředí České republiky. Do větších podrobností je zde nastíněna situace aktuální k roku 2016. V rámci kapitol jsou rozebírány hlavní právní předpisy, věnující se problematice ekologického zemědělství. Vzhledem k aplikační přednosti evropské legislativy a jejímu přímému vlivu na legislativní rámec ČR, jsou však zde analyzovány i právní předpisy Evropské unie. Na konci práce jsou pak v krátkosti nastíněné mezery a nedostatky aktuální právní úpravy ekologického zemědělství a navrhnuté možnosti budoucího řešení. Práce tak může sloužit jako úvod do problematiky legislativy ekologického zemědělství pro osoby, které by se tímto tématem v budoucnosti rády zabývaly. This thesis deals with the issue of organic farming in the Czech Republic. It describes the current situation in 2016. This thesis discusses major legislation related to the issue of organic farming. The legislation of European Union is analyzed in other chapters, given the primacy of European law and its direct impact on the legislative framework of the Czech Republic. At the end of the work the gaps and shortcomings of current legislation of organic farming are briefly outlined at the end of this paper together with proposed options for future solutions. This thesis can serve as an introduction to the issue of organic farming legislation for persons who would like to deal with this subject in the future.
