Tato práce pojednává o adaptaci velké stavební společnosti - společnosti Metrostav a.s. na ztíženou situaci způsobenou depresí ve stavebnictví. Na počátku sepráce věnuje vývoji ekonomiky České republiky v letech 2000 až 2014 ve spojitosti s vývojem oboru stavební výroby a následně společnosti Metrostav a.s. Ke konci této práce budou shrnuty všechny důležité poznatky a podána doporučení, která by mohly stavební společnosti použít v budoucnu v obdobné ekonomické situaci, a to zejména v oblasti obchodní politiky. The thesis is about adaptation big construction company - Metrostav a.s. to economic depression. At first the thesis will study development of economy of the Czech Republic, Czech construction and Metrostav a.s. Than these developments will be compared and recommendations for company will be given especially in the area of trade policy.
