Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro zahájení podnikání v oblasti výživového poradenství. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy podnikatelského plánu a jeho částí a také postup při ohlášení živnosti. Praktická část je samotné vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající firmu, která bude poskytovat výživové poradenství v městské části Praha 17 Řepy. V závěru podnikatelského plánu je provedena finanční analýza a zhodnocení životaschopnosti a realizovatelnosti plánu. The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is to create a business plan for an establishment of a nutrition company. The theoretical part is focused on a main aspects of a business plan and its parts and also the explanation how to establish unregulated business. The practical part includes the actual preparation of a business plan for a newly established nutrition company in the city district Praha 17 Řepy. There is a financial analysis at the end of the thesis which evaluates feasibility and profitability of the business plan.
