Diplomová práca je venovaná problematike a podpore finančnej konsolidácie na platforme CPM (Corporate Performance Management). Cieľom tejto práce je vytvorenie úloh týkajúcich sa životného cyklu projektu implementácie CPM riešenia pre podporu finančnej konsolidácie v dostatočnom detaile pre rozvoj modelu MBI (Manažment Business Informatiky), ako aj podrobné spracovanie kľúčových aktivít a väzieb na existujúce prostredie MBI. Teoretická časť je venovaná analýze dostupných zdrojov, popisu procesu finančnej konsolidácie a platformy CPM. Praktická časť vychádza z týchto teoretických poznatkov ako aj z poznatkov z praxe a využíva ich ako podklad pre spracovanie do podoby zodpovedajúcej pravidlám MBI. Prínosom práce je vytvorenie spomínaných úloh, ich kľúčových aktivít a väzieb na existujúci obsah MBI pre účel efektívnej práce užívateľa s modelom. Pri niektorých úlohách došlo k definícii nových aplikácií, dokumentov a metrík pre ďalší rozvoj MBI modelu. Diplomová práce je věnovaná problematice a podpoře finanční konsolidace na platformě CPM (Corporate Performance Management). Cílem této práce je vytvoření úloh týkajících se životního cyklu projektu implementace CPM řešení pro podporu finanční konsolidace na dostatečné úrovni detailu pro rozvoj modelu MBI (Řízení podnikové informatiky), stejně tak podrobné zpracování klíčových aktivit a vazeb na existující prostředí MBI. Teoretická část je věnována analýze dostupných zdrojů, popisu procesu finanční konsolidace a platformy CPM. Praktická část vychází z těchto teoretických poznatků a taky z poznatků z praxe a využívá jich jako podklad pro zpracování do podoby odpovídající pravidlům MBI. Přínosem práce je vytvoření zmíněných úloh, jejich klíčových aktivit a vazeb na existující obsah MBI za účelem efektivní práce uživatele s modelem. Při některých úlohách došlo k definici nových aplikací, dokumentů a metrik pro další rozvoj MBI modelu. This thesis occupies with the issue and support of financial consolidation platform CPM (Corporate Performance Management). The aim of this thesis is the creation of tasks related to the lifecycle of the project implementation of CPM solution to support financial consolidation in sufficient detail for the development of a MBI model (Management of Business Informatics). This thesis also occupies with the detailed processing of key activities and links with the existing MBI environment. The theoretical part deals with analysis of the available resources, it describes the process of financial consolidation and CPM platform. The practical part is based on the theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge and uses both of them as a basis to processing them into a form, so, they comply with the MBI rules. The added value of this thesis is the creation of new tasks, their key activities and the links to existing MBI content in order to increase the efficiency of the worker, which uses the model. Regarding several tasks, there were created definitions of new applications, documents and metrics for the further development of MBI model.
