The publication deals with metabolic pathways of PAHs degraded by ligninolytic fungus Irpex lacteus and some physiological aspects of the degradation. Several new intermediates were identified. Publikace se zabývá metabolickými dráhami PAU rozkládaných ligninolytickou houbou Irpex lacteus a některými fyziologickými aspekty degradace. Bylo identifikováno několik nových intermediátů.
