Na konci roku 2011 zasedl do křesla veřejnoprávní České televize nový generální ředitel Petr Dvořák. Jeho cílem bylo - mimo jiné - změnit vývoj a výrobu v ČT a opět zde zavést systém tvůrčích skupin, podobně jak tomu bylo před lety. Velká část absolventů katedry produkce se dřív či později setká s institucí veřejnoprávní televizní tvorby - s Českou televizí. Cílem této práce je zmapovat hlavní a nejviditelnější oblasti změn, které Petr Dvořák společně se svým managementem zavedl, a přiblížit čtenáři nový způsob vývoje pořadů a výrobu v ČT. At the end of 2011, there was Petr Dvořák named as the new CEO of Czech public television. His goal was - among other things - to change the development and production in the ČT and reintroduce a system of creative groups, as they were years ago. Majority of graduated students from production department sooner or later come across public television production in the Czech Television. The aim of this work is to explore the main and most visible changes, that Petr Dvořák with his management introduced, and to familiarize the reader with the new ways of development and production of programs in ČT.
