Český dabing je v krizi. Současný stav vyvolala Herecká asociace ocenitelnou snahou o sjednocení finančních podmínek honorářů a jejich navýšení po vzoru sousedního Německa. Souvisí ale kvalita dabingu s výší odměn výkonných umělců? Lze sjednotit honoráře v soukromém sektoru? Stojí zadavatelé dabingu o vyšší kvalitu za cenu vyšších výrobních nákladů? Czech dubbing is in crisis. The current situation has been provoked by the Czech Actors' Association's respectable effort to equalize the terms of salaries and raise them following the example of neighbouring Germany. Yet does the quality of dubbing correlate with the size of performers' salaries? Is it possible to unify wages in the private sector? Are dubbing distributors interested in higher quality at higher production costs?
