Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí lázeňských středisek v regionálním rozvoji v České republice a vlivem tohoto odvětví na ekonomické souvislosti v regionu. Tyto aspekty jsou zkoumány na případu vybraného lázeňského střediska. Práce nejprve seznamuje s historií a současností lázeňství, v praktické části je pak analyzována léčebna Železnice. Významná je práce hlavně pro případného investora, který by tuto nyní uzavřenou léčebnu chtěl znovu otevřít. Hlavním závěrem práce je zjištěná vysoká nákladnost případného projektu a nemožnost navázání na věhlas léčebny. This Bachelor thesis deals with the problematic of the role of spa resorts in regional development in the Czech Republic. It deals with the influence of this sector on economic aspects in the region. These aspects are then studied on the case study of chosen spa resort. The thesis firstly introduces the history and the present of spa sector. In application part, there is an analysis of the chosen spa resort, spa Železnice. The importance of this thesis lies in its utility for an eventual investor, who would like to re-open the now closed spa resort. However, the main findings of this thesis are expensiveness of this project and probable impossibility of continuing the service of this renowned spa resort.
