Práce sleduje nové trendy nabídek práce v oblasti hotelnictví. Cílem je jednak poskytnout ucelený souhrn vybraných nových profesních pozic a zařadit je do kontextu hotelové organizace, ale také analyzovat aktuální požadavky na pozici Revenue managera. Informace byly získány monitoringem současné nabídky práce na inzertních portálech a prostřednictvím rozhovoru s personalistou nejmenovaného 5*hotelu v Praze. The work follows the new trend of job offers in the hotel industry. The aim is to provide a comprehensive summary of selected new professional positions and put them into the context of hotel organization, and to analyze the current requirements for the position of Revenue Manager. The information obtained by monitoring the current job at the advertising portals and by an interview with a human recources officer of 5 * Prague hotel.
