Cílem této práce je posouzení finanční situace družstva BRAMKA CZ, a dále zhodnocení jeho postavení v odvětví v porovnání s konkurenčními podniky. Družstvo BRAMKO CZ bylo založeno jako odbytová organice prodávající zemědělskou produkci. Toto odvětví je charakteristické velkou konkurencí a sezónními výkyvy. Předmětem práce je metodická a praktická část, do kterých je práce rozdělena. V teoretické části se nejprve seznámíme s pojmem finanční analýza, jejími uživateli a nástroji, které se používají k vyhodnocování výsledků jednotlivých podniků. Dále bude představen finanční plán, který je také součástí práce a který slouží na základě zjištěných údajů jako prognóza do budoucna. V praktické části je nejprve představeno odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí, dále jsou uvedeny základní údaje o družstvu a o předmětu jeho činnosti. Ve zbylé části práce jsou aplikovány nástroje finanční analýzy a závěrem je finanční plán. The aim of this work is assessment of financial situation of the partnership BRAMKO CZ and his status in the branch compared with competitors. Partnership BRAMKO CZ was founded as a sales organization, which sells agricultural production. This industry is characterized by a lot of competitors and seasonal fluctuations. The subject of work is methodical and practical part, in which the work is divided. In methodical part we at first apprise with concept financial analysis, it´s users and methods, which are used to assessment results of individual companies. The financial plan will be also presented and it is also the part of this work and serves as a prognosis for the future based on data from past. In practical part we will apprise with the industry in which partnership BRAMKO CZ operates. Then the basic information about company and subject of it´s business will be adduced. The methods of financial analysis will be applied in the rest of the work and the conclusion is financial plan.
