Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem postupu pro implementaci e-shopu v podnikovém prostředí. Představuje komplex objektů řízení IT podniku odpovídajících objektům, které tvoří základ modelu MBI (Management Byznys Informatiky). Hlavními objekty postupu implementace jsou úlohy, které reprezentují fáze analýzy, vývoje, implementace a zavedení e-shopu do provozu. Každá úloha obsahuje definici základních pojmů, klíčové faktory pro její úspěšný průběh, doporučení pro její praktické  využití a klíčové aktivity. Úlohy jsou propojeny s ostatními objekty řízení podnikové informatiky (dokumenty, rolemi, metrikami, faktory, metodami). Řešení tak poskytuje komplexní pohled na problematiku řešení e-shopů jako součásti obchodních aktivit podniků a jejich informatiky. V rámci práce byl dále definován scénář implementace e-shopu, včetně specifikace všech hlavních problémů spojených s takovou implementací a faktor (v kontextu MBI) ovlivňující pozitivně i negativně vytváření a využití e-shopů v podnikové praxi.  This diploma thesis deals with an analysis and design of an implementation process of online store. It introduces the background to the model of Management of Business Informatics (MBI). The main compositions of the implementation are parts representing the phase of analysis, development, implementation and operating the electronic shopping. Each part consists of a definition of the basic terms, the crucial factors required for its successful running, recommendations for its real life utilization and key activities. The parts are interconnected with other objects of the business informatics governance (documents, roles, metrics, factors, methods).  The solution offers a complex insight into the issue of electronic shopping as a part of commercial activities and informatics of businesses.  This thesis also defines a scenario of electronic shopping implementation including specification of all main problems connected with such implementation and factors (in MBI context) that both positively and negatively influence the business electronic shopping set up and utilization.
