Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu s cílem založit cestovní kancelář, která bude nabízet poznávací zájezdy do Portorika. Práce se člení na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vysvětluje co je to podnikání a související pojmy. Vymezuje podnikání v cestovním ruchu a postup založení cestovní kanceláře. Dále jsou zde teoreticky zpracované jednotlivé kapitoly podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému založení cestovní kanceláře, kde je postupováno po jednotlivých kapitolách, které jsou vysvětleny v teoretické části. Diploma thesis deals with the processing of a business plan to establish a tour operator, which will offer tours to Puerto Rico. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains what is business and related terms. Defines the tourism business and the procedure for the establishment of tour operators. There are also theoretically explained individual chapters of a business plan. The practical part is dedicated to the establishment of tour operator, where is proceeded by individual chapters business plan, which are explained in the theoretical part.
