Potenciál metody SBRA v rámci posudku spolehlivosti stavebních konstrukcí je demonstrován na konkrétním příkladu jednoduše podepřeného ocelového nosníku s převislým koncem, jež je předmětem posudku bezpečnosti z hlediska možnosti porušení ohybovým momentem. Výpočet provedený na základě metody SBRA je porovnán s výpočtem podle Eurokódu. The paper shortly explains the limitations of the partial factors Design concept , PFD, and on concrete example of a simple steel structure shows the differences between reliability assessment based on the PFD approach used in Eurocode and SBRA method.
