Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou situací na trhu předškolní péče v České republice, analýzou legislativní a koncepční stránky věci, komparací předškolních zařízení a řešením nedostatečné kapacity v mateřských školách. Případová studie analyzující nabídku předškolní péče v Jihlavě v komparaci s městskou částí Praha 2 ukazuje, že soukromá zařízení pokrývají v Praze velkou část poptávky a cena školného je v porovnání s Jihlavou až třikrát vyšší. Nedostatečná kapacita v mateřských školách bude převládat ještě několik let. Řešením by mohla být úprava legislativy, snížení počtu odkladů povinné školní docházky, či výstavby modulových školek. This bachelor thesis deals with the current situation on childcare market in the Czech Republic, the legislative analysis and the conceptual side of case, the comparison of pre-school facilities and solution of insufficient capacity in nursery schools. Case study analyzing the offer of childcare in Jihlava in comparison with Prague 2 shows that private facilities in Prague cover a large part of demand and the price of tuition is up to three times higher compared to Jihlava. Lack of capacity in kindergarten will remain dominant for several years. A solution could be the legislative changes, reducing the number of postponement of compulsory school attendance, or the construction of modular nurseries.
