Bakalářská práce se zabývá poskytováním zaměstnaneckých benefitů v České republice a blíže se zaměřuje na poskytování produktů spořících na penzi. Zabezpečení na penzi a přilepšení k důchodu je v současnosti často diskutované téma. Stát poskytuje řadu výhod firmám, které přispívají v rámci zaměstnaneckých benefitů právě na tyto produkty. Jedná se o doplňkové penzijní spoření (resp. penzijní připojištění) a životní pojištění. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, zda je poskytování vybraných zaměstnaneckých benefitů přínosem i pro zaměstnavatele, zhodnotit výhodnost těchto benefitů pro zaměstnance a zjistit, zda jsou tyto úlevy pro zaměstnavatele od státu účelné a zda by zaměstnavatelé benefity poskytovali i bez těchto výhod. V závěru práce jsou na základě získaných poznatků navržena doporučení výběru benefitů vhodných pro zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele. The bachelor thesis deals with the employee benefits provision and closer focuses on products for retirement savings provision in the Czech Republic. Pension security and financial situation improvement of elderly is currently often discussed topic. The state provides a number of provisions to companies that offer such employee benefits, in particular the so called additional pension savings and life insurance. The main aim of this thesis is to test the hypothesis that the provision of selected employee benefits is of an asset for employers. Further aim is to evaluate the merits of these benefits for employees and to determine whether the tax allowances for employers are effective and whether the employers would provide the benefits even without these tax allowances. In the conclusion recommendations based on the obtained information to selection of appropriate benefits for employees and employers are proposed.
