Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdravotně postiţených na trhu práce a jejich moţnostmi získání zaměstnání, které by bylo adekvátní k jejich zdravotnímu postiţení a kvalifikaci. V teoretické části je definován pojem zdravotního postiţení dle různých definic světových organizací, dále význam práce pro zdravotně postiţeného člověka. Je zde přiblíţen problém marginalizace a sociálního vyloučení. Dále je nastíněna politika zaměstnanosti a speciální pracovní příleţitosti pro zdravotně postiţené osoby. Analytická část je prováděna dvěma metodami. První je dotazníkové šetření mezi samotnými zdravotně postiţenými. Druhou metodou jsou řízené rozhovory se zaměstnavateli a pracovníky Úřadů práce. Přidaná hodnota práce je v doporučeních pro zlepšení v této problematice, která jsou uvedena na konci analytické části. This thesis deals with the problems of the disabled in the labor market and employment opportunities that would be appropriate according to their disability and qualification. In theoretical part there are defined definitions of the disability by several international organizations and importance of employment for disabled people. There is also approached problem of marginalization and social exclusion. Further it is focused on employment policy and special job opportunities for disabled people. Analytical part is performed by two methods. First is questionnaire survey with handicapped people. Second is structured interview with employers and labor office workers. The value added of this thesis is in the recommendations for this issue listed at the end of the analytical part.
