Cílem této diplomové práce je najít odbytiště pro nový luxusní architektonický prvek - sklo-ocelový nosník GS-Beam a představit vhodné strategie pro uvedení GS-Beam na vybrané zahraniční trhy. Český trh je pro výrobu GS-Beam příliš malý a ani prognózy vývoje stavebnictví nejsou příliš pozitivní, a proto bylo nutné vybrat jiné zahraniční trhy pro uvedení GS-Beam na trh. Spojené arabské emiráty byly identifikovány jako na zdroj současné poptávky a Rusko jako budoucího potenciálního odběratele. Možnost uplatnění na těchto trzích je zkoumána pomocí PESTLE analýz a Porterova modelu pěti sil.V rámci této diplomové práce je zpracován koncept zahraniční expanze společnosti Static Solution, který by měl být dlouhodobě udržitelný. The aim of this master thesis is to find an outlet for the new luxury architectonic component - steel-glass beam called GS-Beam and to introduce suitable strategies for GS-Beam rollout on the target markets. Czech market is too small and the predictions of Czech construction industry are not positive, therefore there is a need to find other markets where to pioneer GS-Beam. The United Arab Emirates were chosen as the source of current demand and the Russian Federation as future potential purchaser. Market potential is tested by PESTLE analysis and by Porter's Five Forces Model. This master thesis brings concept for foreign expansion of the company Static Solution, which should be sustainable in long-term perspective.
