Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kongresový cestovní ruch v České republice. Přináší souhrnně jeho statistiky a další důležité informace. Dále se zaměřuje na kongresový cestovní ruch světový a především na oblast inovací. V rámci práce jsou popsány inovace, které se v kongresovém cestovním ruchu využívají nebo využívat budou. Největší pozornost je zaměřena na oblast hybridních konferencí. V rámci praktické části této práce byl zpracován výzkum, který se na oblast inovací zaměřoval. This thesis is focusing on the congress tourism in the Czech republic. There are mentioned all the statistics and also other important information focused on Czech republic but also on the international field. It's focused especially on the innovations, there are mentioned all the innovations used in the congress tourism, especially hybrid conferences. In the practical part of this thesis can be found the research focusing on the innovations.
