Cílem práce je porovnat tradiční a agilní přístupy k řízení projektů, analyzovat konkrétní projekty ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout doporučení pro společnost při implementaci agilních a tradičních přístupů. Práce je zaměřena na prostředí řízení IT projektů, specificky na projekty v oblasti vývoje SW produktů a služeb. Teoretická část je věnovaná problematice projektového řízení a charakteristice základních pojmů. Dále se teoretická část zabývá samotnými metodami klasického a agilního přístupu k řízení projektů a rozdíly mezi nimi. V analytické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány v prostředí konkrétní firmy., Na příkladech dvou reálných projektů jsou porovnány základní rozdíly mezi klasickou metodou vodopádu a agilním přístupem. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny základní problémy při zavádění agilních metod v korporacích a doporučení pro jejich implementaci. The aim of the study is to compare traditional and agile approaches to project management, analyze particular projects in selected company and propose recommendations for t for implementing agile and traditional approaches. Thesis is focused on IT project management, specifically in in the field of developing software products and services. The theoretical part is devoted to project management and the characteristics of the basic concepts. Furthermore it deals with the traditional methods and agile approach to project management and differences between them. Theoretical knowledge is then applied in the practical part in a corporate environment. Major differences between traditional waterfall and agile approach are compared using the examples of real projects. In conclusion, there are basic problems in implementation of agile methods in corporations and recommendations for their implementation.
