Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem IT podpory výhradního pojišťovacího agenta. Cílem práce je identifikace obchodních procesů výhradního pojišťovacího agenta a analýza jejich podpory informačními technologiemi. K dosažení cíle bylo nezbytné definovat vybraného pojišťovacího zprostředkovatele a specifikovat jeho obchodní činnost. Dále došlo k analýze obchodních procesů dle metodiky MMABP. U obchodních procesů byla analyzována informační potřeba. Na základě těchto skutečností byla definována metodika, podle níž je naplněn cíl bakalářské práce. Přínosem práce je charakterizování současného stavu IT podpory výhradního pojišťovacího agenta v konkrétní pojišťovací společnosti. The bachelor thesis deals with IT support of an exclusive insurance agent. The aim of the work is to identificate a business processes of an exclusive insurance agent and its infor-mation technology support. To achieve the goal, it was necessary to define the selected insurance broker and specify its business. Further there were analyzed business processes according to NMABP methodology. By business processes there was made an analysis of information needs. On the basis of these facts was defined methodology by which the aim of the bachelor thesis is filled. The benefit of the thesis is the characterization of present status of IT support for exclusive insurance agent in a concrete insurance company.
