Úsilí o sladění pracovní seberealizace s péčí o děti přináší rodičům v České republice stále řadu problémů. Přetrvávající genderové stereotypy způsobují, že jsou to především ženy, které musí zvládat dvojí zátěž. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nejproblémovějšími oblastmi, jako je nedostatek alternativních pracovních úvazků nebo malé rozšíření alternativních způsobů péče o dítě. Cílem práce je definovat příčiny tohoto stavu a navrhnout možná řešení, která harmonizaci rodiny a zaměstnání v České republice usnadní. The effort to harmonize work self-realization with the care of children brings parents in the Czech Republic number of problems. Gender stereotypes cause that it is mainly women who must cope with the double load. This thesis deals with the most problematic areas such as the lack of alternative employment or small extension of alternative care for childern. The aim is to define the reasons for this and propose possible solutions that makes easier harmonzation of family and work in the Czech Republic.
