Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje struktuře systému hudebního vzdělávání a významu hudby ve všeobecném vzdělávání. Dále autorka charakterizuje specifika podnikání v oblasti hudebního vzdělávání a uvádí hlavní zásady a části podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části práce popisuje vytvoření modelu hudebně vzdělávací organizace nabízející doprovodné hudební pořady pro mateřské školy. Součástí je také marketingová analýza modelu organizace a marketingový a finanční plán. Závěr práce se věnuje předpokladům pro úspěšné fungování modelu v praxi. Theoretical part of this master thesis describes the structure of musical education system, importance of music in education, opportunities for organization based in the field of education through culture, and the main parts of a successful business plan. In practical part of this thesis the author proposes a model of organization providing educational music shows for children in nursery schools. This part of the work includes a marketing analysis for the model organization as well as marketing and financial plan. The final part describes conditions under which the model organization would function successfully.
