Obsahem této bakalářské práce je vývoj projektového řízení a zejména pak těch jeho částí, jež se týkají time managementu, včetně jejich v současnosti rozpoznávaných metod. Práce se zabývá mimo jiné také motivací, jakožto klíčovým prvkem pro úspěšné ukončení projektu. Cílem práce je shrnutí jednotlivých metod včetně možností jejich použití a následná aplikace nejvhodnějších z nich na konkrétním vlastním týmovém projektu Ročenkomat. The main scope of this bachelor thesis is evolution of project management to actual recognized methods with emphasis on its time management related segments. Part of the thesis deals also with motivation, which is the key element for succesful result of any project. Summary of different methods including their usage possibilities is the aim of this thesis as well as the later application on our own team project called Rocenkomat.
