Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první (teoretické) části se zabývám teoretickými východisky pro navazující praktickou část, tedy marketingem služeb, marketingovým a komunikačním mixem. V praktické části pak toto aplikuji na konkrétním příkladu Židovského města v Praze, které je tvořeno dvěma organizacemi -- Židovskou obcí v Praze a Židovským muzeem v Praze. Cílem této práce je přehledně popsat současné marketingové aktivity Židovského města v Praze a zhodnotit jejich kvalitu a účinnost. Na základě těchto poznatků a výsledků provedeného marketingového výzkumu jsou stanovena doporučení nových marketingových aktivit do budoucna. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the first (theoretical) part I deal with the theoretical basis of the following practical part, a marketing of services, marketing and communication mix. In the practical part I apply it to the specific example of The Jewish Quarter in Prague, which is made up of two organizations -- The Jewish Community of Prague and The Jewish Museum in Prague. The aim of this thesis is to describe current marketing activities of The Jewish Quarter in Prague and evaluate their quality and efficiency. Based on these findings and the findings of the marketing research, I determine recommendations to the new marketing activities in the future.
