The goal of this work to examine the influnce of solid particles on homogeneous regime stability and regime transition in a three phase bubble column. For that, two studies were done, one focused on the regime transition and the other on visualization of bubble-particle interaction. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit vliv tuhých částic na stabilitu homogenního režimu toku a na přechod režimů v třífázové probublávané koloně. Za tímto účelem byly provedeny dvě studie, jedna zaměřená na přechody režimů a druhá na interakci mezi bublinou a částicí.
