Práce se zaměřuje na inovace informačních systémů v energetice, konkrétně v sektoru teplárenství. Toto téma je zde zpracováno jak z hlediska teorie tak praxe. Cílem práce je na příkladu konkrétní inovace ICT ukázat, jak inovace správně připravit. V teoretické části se zabývá srovnáním přístupu akademických s přístupy předního českého dodavatele softwarových řešení. Je zde srovnám princip multidimenzionality z metodiky MMDIS s metodikou Unicorn ES Powered Company. Dále se věnuje z hlediska četnosti řešených odborných prací opomíjenému odvětví elektroenergetiky, kde se zaměřuje na vysvětlení specifik oboru s využitím praxe autora a jeho zkušeností s projekty v české i evropské energetice. Je zde provedena klasifikace inovací v odvětví, průzkum trhu s ICT produkty pro energetiku a SWOT analýza sektoru teplárenství. V praktické části se práce zabývá již konkrétní inovací ICT ve společnosti C-Energy Bohemia. Je zde uvedena zadávací dokumentace pro tuto inovaci a na jejím základě je zpracován metodický postup vyhodnocení přínosu této inovace pro podnik. Následně je zpracována nabídka na inovace ICT pokrývající všechny dimenze ICT dle MMDIS. Hlavním přínosem této práce je tak především srovnání akademických přístupů s přístupy používanými v praxi, analýza současné situace trhu s ICT v méně známém oboru elektroenergetiky a praktická aplikace akademických získaných při studiu na reálné poptávce po inovaci ICT. This thesis focuses on innovation of ICT in the energetics sector, particularly in the heating sector. This topic is discussed in terms of both theory and practice. The main goal of this thesis is to show by the example of specific ICT innovations how to properly prepare them. The theoretical part deals with the comparison academic approaches and the approach of the leading Czech supplier of software solutions. It compares the principle of multidimensionality of MMDIS method and methods of Unicorn ES Powered Company. It also discusses in terms of frequency of academic thesis neglected electricity sector, where it focuses on explaining the specifics of this sector using the experience of the author with projects in the Czech and European energetics. It contains a classification of innovation in the industry, market research of ICT products for energetics and SWOT analysis of heat generation sector. The practical part of the thesis focuses on ICT innovation at C -Energy Bohemia. It contains tender documents for this innovation, and based on that is elaborated a methodological approach for evaluation of the benefits of this innovation for the company. Subsequently there is elaborated a proposal for this innovation covering all dimensions of ICT by MMDIS. The main contribution of this work is thus primarily a comparison of academic approaches with the approaches used in practice , the analysis of the current situation of ICT in less well-known electricity industry and the practical application of academic gained from the study of the real demand for ICT innovation.
