Cílem této bakalářské práci je analýza zásad a postupu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve spol. s. r. o. Unilever ČR. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje problematiku úspěšného získávání a výběru pracovníků, popsanou na základě odborné literatury. V části praktické na bázi informaci poskytované personálním útvarem firmy je podrobně rozebrán proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Unilever ČR. V návaznosti na toto zkoumání je prováděna SWOT analýza systému získávání a výběru pracovníků ve společnosti. Závěr bakalářské práci zahrnuje návrh určitých opatření, která by mohla být uplatnitelná v praxi zkoumané organizace. The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze employee recruitment and selection in Unilever ČR. The work is composed of two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part covers an issue of successful employee recruitment and selection and is based on books related to the topic. In the practical part the process of employee recruitment and selection in Unilever ČR is investigated using the information received from the HR department of the company. That is followed by SWOT analysis of the company's employee recruitment and selection system. The final part of the Bachelor's thesis suggests changes that could be implemented in the company's practice.
