Obsahem bakalářské práce je identifikace společných a odlišných kulturních aspektů zemí skupiny BRICS a posouzení jejich vlivu na vzájemnou spolupráci. K tomu je použit Hofstedeho systém kulturních hodnot. Všechny znaky kulturních dimenzí jsou nejprve charakterizovány a poté aplikovány na jednotlivé sledované země. Další nekulturní prvky (ekonomické) jsou také zahrnuty do srovnání zemí. Posléze jsou také popsány hlavní společné cíle zemí BRICS stanovené především na základě výstupů (deklarací) z jejich společných summitů a snahy o zapojení se do světového dění. The content of the bachelor's thesis is the identification of common and also different cultural aspects of the BRICS countries and appraisal of their influence on mutual cooperation. In order to do so, Hofstede's system of cultural values is used. Initially, all features of the cultural dimensions are described and then applied to the particular observed countries. Also other non-cultural features (economic) are included in the country comparison. Finally, the main common goals of the BRICS countries are described primarily according to the outputs (declarations) from their common summits and the efforts to get involved in the global affairs.
