Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firmou DSP Přerov, spol. s r.o. a návrhem strategie na expandování její nabídky na vybrané asijské trhy. Hlavním úkolem práce je představení jmenované společnosti, analýza vybraných zemí, tj. Barmy a Vietnamu, a následně sestavení vhodné exportní strategie pro danou firmu. První část práce je zaměřena na světový vývoj příslušného odvětví spolu s dějinami kovoprůmyslu v městě Přerově, dále je také pozornost věnována samotné firmě DSP Přerov, v rámci čehož je provedena SWOT analýza. Druhá část zpracovává export dané společnosti a její propagaci na zahraničních trzích. Poslední kapitola práce tvoří analytickou část zahrnující analýzu obou jmenovaných zemí na základě vývoje makroekonomických veličin. Podle sledovaných ukazatelů je sestavena exportní strategie na vybrané trhy a následně je doporučena firmě DSP Přerov. This thesis deals with DSP Prerov, spol. s r.o. and with proposed strategy to expand its offer to selected Asian markets. The main aim of this work is to present the company, analysis of selected countries, namely Burma and Vietnam, and then to build a suitable export strategy for the company. The first part is focused on the global development of the sector along with the history of metal industry in Prerov, further attention is also paid to the company itself, within which is a SWOT analysis. The second part handles the export of the company and its promotion on foreign markets. The last chapter of the thesis is the analytical part including an analysis of both the countries listed on the basis of macroeconomic variables. According to monitored indicators are compiled export strategy on selected markets and subsequently recommended to DSP Prerov.
