Bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí Rozvojového programu OSN z hlediska jeho boje s chudobou ve spolupráci se soukromým sektorem a konkrétními iniciativami této podpory. První kapitola pojednává o samotném Rozvojovém programu OSN a jeho důvodech pro zapojení do spolupráce se soukromým sektorem. Druhá kapitola analyzuje jednotlivé iniciativy a posuzuje jejich efektivnost. Třetí kapitola se zabývá konkrétní případovou studií a aplikuje poznatky na konkrétní zemi -- Ugandu. The bachelor thesis aims at the role of the United Nations Development Programme in terms of the fight against poverty in cooperation with the private sector and specific initiatives of this support. The first chapter deals with the United Nations Development Programme itself and the reasons for engaging in cooperation with the private sector. The second chapter analyzes the various initiatives and assesses their effectiveness. The third chapter handles with a specific case study and applies knowledge to a specific country - Uganda.
