Bakalářská práce zkoumá konkurenceschopnost českého a francouzského automobilového průmyslu z hlediska vztahu k zákazníkovi. Zaměřuje se na aspekty, které přímo ovlivňují jeho rozhodnutí ohledně koupi nového automobilu. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit přehled hlavních konkurenčních výhod a nevýhod francouzských a českých výrobců osobních automobilů na českém a francouzském trhu na základě analýzy a následné komparace získaných informací. Práce je strukturována do tří kapitol. První kapitola nastiňuje problematiku konkurenceschopnosti automobilového průmyslu. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých francouzských a českých značek a možnosti jejich konkurenceschopnosti v České republice a ve Francii. Třetí kapitola se věnuje analýze a komparaci konkurenceschopnosti automobilového průmyslu obou zemí. Závěrem práce je zjištění, že všichni zkoumaní výrobci umně využívají své konkurenční výhody na domácím trhu díky svým charakteristickým přednostem, nicméně na rozrůstajícím se segmentu trhu s elektromobily mají v obou zemích výraznou převahu francouzské automobilky. The bachelor thesis examines the competitiveness of the Czech automotive industry and the French automotive industry in terms of customer needs. The thesis focuses on the aspects which directly influence his decision to buy a new car. The aim of the thesis is to create a list of the most important competitive advantages of French and Czech producers of passenger cars in the Czech and French car market on the basis of analyses and comparison of acquired information. The thesis is composed of three chapters. The first chapter defines term competitiveness of the automotive industry. The second chapter separately analyses the Czech and French car brands and their possibilities of competitiveness in the Czech Republic and in France. The third chapter analyses and compares the competitiveness of the automotive industry of both countries. The conclusion of the thesis is the recognition that all surveyed producers are able to take advantage of their home market thanks to their characteristic qualities. Nevertheless, the French producers dominate the developing electric vehicle market.
