Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat roli manažera projektu, zaměřeného na tvorbu krajinného prvku, aleje, a to od vzniku záměru, přes zpracování projektu po vytvoření podmínek (získání podpory) pro jeho realizaci v rámci místní komunity. Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře s hlavními pojmy této problematiky, praktická část představí analýzu dané obce, popis projektu, stanovené příležitosti obce využitelné realizací výsadby a seznámí s kroky v oblasti informování a zjištění motivace občanů při pomoci realizace projektu. The aim of this thesis is to describe the role of project manager, focused on the creation of landscape elements, avenue, from the inception of intention, throught processing of the project for the creation of conditions (gaining the financial aid) for its implementation within the local community. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the main terms of this issue, the practical part presents an analysis of the given village, description of the project, set opportunities of village utilizable of implementation of the plantation and introduces the steps in the field of information and finding out citizens' motivation in helping the realization of the project.
