Smyslem diplomové práce je zhodnotit reálné dopady protikorupční politiky české vlády. Proto je nejprve rozebrán fenomén korupce a boje proti němu v obecné rovině. Následně jsou představeny jednotlivé protikorupční strategie od roku 1999 do roku 2010. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje analýze Strategie vlády v boji proti korupci na období let 2011 a 2012. Opatření této strategie jsou zkoumána ve světle doporučení nevládních neziskových organizací, které se věnují boji proti korupci. Jsou vytyčeny silné a slabé stránky protikorupční strategie a ukázány hlavní nedostatky, které je potřeba co nejdříve řešit. Třetí část práce přináší návrhy řešení jednotlivých problémů, které vzešly z předložené analýzy. K tomu jsou využity především doporučení protikorupčních organizací v rámci iniciativy Rekonstrukce státu a Strategie vlády v boji s korupcí na období let 2013 a 2014. Závěr práce potom ukazuje do jaké míry je současná protikorupční politika české vlády úspěšná. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the real impact of anti-corruption policies of the Czech Government. Therefore, the thesis firstly deals with the phenomenon of corruption and the fight against it in general. Subsequently, various anti-corruption strategies from 1999 to 2010 are introduced. Fundamental part of the thesis is devoted to an analysis of the Government's strategy in the fight against corruption between the years 2011 and 2012. Measures taken according to this strategy are examined in the light of the recommendations of NGOs that are engaged in the anti-corruption fight. The thesis sets out the strengths and the weaknesses of the strategy and points out the major flaws that need to be resolved as soon as possible. The third part suggests a solution to each of the problems that have emerged from the analysis. The proposals are mainly based on the recommendations of the anti-corruption organizations in the framework of the Reconstruction of the State and the Government's strategy in the fight against corruption between the years 2013 and 2014. Conclusion of the study shows to what extent is the current Czech government's anti-corruption policy successful.
