Cílem práce je komplexní popis a charakteristika současného stavu i historického vývoje hypotečního trhu v České republice. Na vybraných nejvýznamnějších subjektech bude provedena komparace hypotečních produktů. Dílčím cílem mohou být doporučení, které lze aplikovat při výběru hypotéky jako produktu v osobních financích. The objective of work is a complex description and characterization of the contemporary state and the historical development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. Selected players will be used to compare mortgage products. A partial objective can be recommendations that can be applied when selecting a mortgage product in personal finance.
