Práce se zabývá rozhodovacími procesy ve vybrané firmě a to konkrétně rozhodováním o dodávání náhradních dílů na sklad. V práci je nejprve uveden popis společnosti, která se rozhodovacím procesem zabývá. Tato část je následována teoretickou částí, ve které jsou uvedeny teoretické základy pro tento problém, jeho struktura a postupy řešení. Praktická část obsahuje popis průběhu řešení problému ve vybrané společnosti. To vše je zakončeno závěrečnou částí, která hodnotí, zdali jsou postupy řešení v souladu s teoretickými poznatky s případnými doporučeními určitých úprav zavedeného systému. This thesis deals with decision-making processes in the selected company, specifically with processes dealing with stock spare parts supplies. In the first part of the thesis, the company engaged in the decision-making processes is described. This section is followed by the second part, which provides the theoretical foundation for this problem, its structure and process solutions. The practical part contains a description of the problem solving process in the selected company. All is completed in the final part, which assesses whether the applied solution procedures are in accordance with the theoretical knowledge which ends with recommendations to certain adjustments of the implemented system.
