V teoretické části diplomové práce bych chtěla popsat a charakterizovat situaci společenské odpovědnosti v celosvětovém měřítku a dále se zaměřit na konkrétní situaci v rámci České republiky. V praktické části bych se pak ráda zaměřila na situaci společenské odpovědnosti ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO. Detailně bych ráda popsala všechny aktivity, které jsou ze strany společnosti uskutečňovány v rámci společenské odpovědnosti. Následně se zaměřím na výsledky analýzy, která bude provedena dotazníkovou formou u zaměstnanců automobilky ŠKODA AUTO. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován zhodnocení dotazníkového výzkumu, který posuzuje vnímání aktivit v rámci společenské odpovědnosti společnosti ŠKODA AUTO. Cílem diplomové práce je popsání aktivit v rámci společenské odpovědnosti společnosti ŠKODA AUTO se zaměřením na to, jak jsou tyto aktivity vnímány zaměstnanci společnosti a jakým způsobem tyto aktivity zaměstnance automobilky ovlivňují. Na základě provedeného průzkumu bych ráda navrhla možnosti, které by dostaly do širšího povědomí všechny aktivity, jež společnost ŠKODA AUTO uskutečňuje v rámci společenské odpovědnosti. Metody a techniky V diplomové práci budou v teoretické části použity zejména analytické a statistické metody, v praktické části pak budou vyhodnocena data z výzkumu, který bude proveden u zaměstnanců společnosti ŠKODA AUTO. In the theoretical part of the thesis I would like to describe and characterize the situation of "social responsibility" in worldwide standards and also focus on the specific situation in the Czech Republic. The "social responsibility" of company ŠKODA AUTO is the subject of the practical part. I would like to describe in detail all activities that are made under the corporate social responsibility. Then I will focus on the results of the analysis (opinion poll). The opinion poll will be effected in the form of a questionnaire distributed to the employees of ŠKODA AUTO. The final part of the thesis is about the evaluation of the questionnaire which shows us the perception of the social responsibility activities among ŠKODA AUTO employees. The aim of the thesis is to describe the activities within the social responsibility of company ŠKODA AUTO. I would like to demonstrate how these activities affect employees of the company. Based on the survey I would like to propose some options to help ŠKODA AUTO social responsible activities to be known. Methods and techniques In the theoretical part of the thesis will be used the analytical and statistical methods. In the practical part will be evaluated data from the research to be carried out by ŠKODA AUTO employees.
