Cílem diplomové práce je nalézt souvislost mezi sociálně odpovědným chováním mexických nadnárodních firem a problémy mexické ekonomiky. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku teorie stakeholderů, poté přibližuje koncepci společenské odpovědnosti firem a ve dvou posledních částech představuje prostředí Mexika s jeho problémy. Praktická část vychází z analýzy vybraných nadnárodních firem narozených v Mexiku, na nichž je hledána odpověď, zda vybrané firmy svým společensky odpovědným chováním reagují na problémy domácího prostředí. The aim of the thesis to seek relationship between socially responsible behaviour of Mexico's multinationals and the problems the country faces. The theoretical part first characterizes the theory of stakeholders, then approaches the concept of corporate social responsibility and ultimately advances to present Mexico itself including its issues. The practical part is based upon the analisis of selected multinationals born in Mexico which are instrumental to help answer the principal question, namely: whether the selected firms by acting responsibly do so by addressing the challenges of Mexican economy.
