Obsahem této bakalářské práce je popsat postup hodnocení a výběru vhodného ERP systému pro firmu a sumarizovat kroky vedoucí k jeho úspěšné implementaci. V práci definuji ERP systém a popisuji postup jeho implementace od výběru dodavatele informačního systému, přes uzavření "softwarové" smlouvy se specifickými parametry, až po pilotní provoz a hodnocení výsledků implementace pomocí sledovaných metrik. V závěru práce vybírám tři nejznámější tuzemské ERP systémy a krátce nastiňuji jejich vlastnosti. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the process of evaluation and selection of proper ERP system for company, and summarizes the steps leading to its successful implementa-tion. The thesis tries to cover all the steps from selecting software distributor and sign-ing a contract, to pilot operation and evaluation of implementation results, using specif-ic metrics. In the end, I choose three best known local ERP systems and briefly refer about them.
