Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v Královéhradeckém kraji v letech 2005 - 2013. Zaměřuje se na vývoj registrované nezaměstnanosti a popisuje nabídkovou a poptávkovou stranu regionálního trhu práce. Nabídková strana je charakterizována z hlediska pohlaví, věku, vzdělání a délky evidence nezaměstnanosti. Analýza strany poptávky je zaměřena na vývoj nezaměstnanosti v jednotlivých sektorech a oborech národního hospodářství. Dále práce hodnotí některé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, a to zejména regionální individuální projekty. Registrovaná míra nezaměstnanosti se v Královéhradeckém kraji dlouhodobě pohybuje v poměrně příznivých hodnotách, nicméně následkem hospodářské krize došlo ke zhoršení situace. Na základě analýzy bylo zjištěno, že nejrizikovější skupinou jsou dlouhodobě nezaměstnaní a nejohroženějším okresem je Trutnov. Zároveň práce dochází k závěru, že kraj prostřednictvím vybraných nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti pozitivně ovlivňuje trh práce. Závěrečným doporučením práce je větší zaměření na rizikové skupiny obyvatel a především na okres Trutnov. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in Hradec Kralove region during years 2005 - 2013. It focuses on the development of the level of registered unemployment and discusses the supply and demand side of the regional labor market. The supply side is characterized by gender, age, education and duration of unemployment of job applicants. The analysis of the demand side is focused on the development of unemployment in various sectors and industries of the national economy. Then the thesis assesses some of the tools of active labor market policy, especially regional individual projects. Registered unemployment rate in the Hradec Kralove region oscillates in a relatively favorable terms, however, as a result of the economic crisis has worsened the situation. Based on the analysis, it was found that the most prone county to high rates of unemployment is Trutnov and the most prone group of citizens to unemployment are the long-term unemployed people. I also came to conclusion that selected active labour market policy has a positive influence on the labour market in that region. The final recommendations of this thesis is to focus on the Trutnov county and the most prone groups of citizens to unemployment in a more proper way.
