Práce se zaměřuje na regionalizaci, kterou představuje spádovost středisek. Teoretická část se zabývá různými pohledy na tvorbu regionů a jejich vymezování (modelování). V praktické části je představena možnost využití jednoho z teoretických modelů v praxi a jeho zhodnocení. Konkrétně se jedná o Reillyho model, který je modelován s využitím dat o dojížďce, která nejlépe reprezentují ukazatel spádovosti. Proměnnou jsou data o dojížďce mezi středisky, v nichž jedno představuje nodální centrum a druhé periferní středisko ve stejném okresu, které je závislé na nodálním centru. Z práce vyplývá, že výsledky modelu sice odpovídají skutečnému vztahu mezi spádovostí vycházející z dojížďky do zaměstnání a do škol, v absolutních číslech jsou však neuspokojující a síla nodálního centra je ve skutečnosti vyšší. Závěrem nicméně není vyvrácení možnosti aplikace Reillyho modelu v rámci regionalizacích metod, ale potřebnost kalibrace modelu pomocí dalších proměnných. The work focuses on regionalisation represented by gradients of population centers (meaning generally all localities with human settlement). The theoretical part deals with various approaches on creation of regions and its formation (using various models). One of the possible applications into practise of regionalisation models including its evaluation is presented in the practical part. Namely the practical part deals with the Reilly model which is formed on data about commuting (because commuting which represents gradients between centers the best). As a variable we use commuting between pairs of centers in which one center represents a nodal center while the other center is dependent on the first one and is situated in the same administrative region (okres). The work shows that the results of the model show real relationships between gradients based on commuting to work and those based on commuting to education but the results are not satisfactory in absolut numbers because the real power of nodal center is even stronger than it was expected. Nevertheless the conclusion is not disproval of possible application of Reilly model. The conclusion is that the model has to be calibrated with more variables in order to be satisfactory.
