Bakalářská práce se zabývá výdaji na protidrogovou politiku a dopady této politiky na spotřebu alkoholických nápojů v České republice v období 2003 -- 2013. Teoretická část charakterizuje protidrogovou politiku ve sledovaném období. Dále se zaobírá vymezením rolí a odpovědností v této politice, poskytovanými službami a programy Národní protidrogové strategie. Ve druhé kapitole teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na spotřební daně, jejichž výše má velký vliv na spotřebu alkoholu v České republice. V teoretické části je do hloubky studována spotřeba všech alkoholických nápojů, detailně jsou rozebrány výdaje protidrogové politiky a efektivita těchto výdajů. Výsledkem této práce je, že výdaje protidrogové politiky dokážou ovlivnit konečnou spotřebu alkoholických nápojů. Ovšem spotřebu alkoholu může ovlivnit i řada dalších faktorů. Doporučením této práce je vytvoření samostatné protialkoholní politiky, díky které by se stal boj se značnou konzumací alkoholu efektivnější. This bachelor thesis deals with expenditure on drug policy and impacts of this policy on consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Czech republic in the period of 2003-2013. The theoretical part characterizes the drug policy in the monitored period. Moreover, it deals with definition of roles and responsibility in this policy, provided services and programs of the National drug strategy. In the second section of the theoretical part there is a focus on consumer tax, while the amount of them has a big influence on the consumption of alcohol in the Czech republic. The theoretical part discusses in depth the consumption of all alcoholic beverages, it also analyzes the expenses of the drug policy and effectiveness of them in details. The result of this bachelor thesis is the fact, that the expenses of the drug policy may affect the final consumption of alcoholic beverages. However, the consumption of alcohol can be influenced by many other factors. The recommendation of this bachelor thesis is an idea of creating a separate drug policy, what may cause a struggle against considerable alcohol consumption more effective.
