Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat, analyzovat a zhodnotit řízení lidských zdrojů v cestovním ruchu. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důležité kapitoly a pojmy, které budou potřeba k následné analýze. V následující praktické části je popsán, zhodnocen a zanalyzován systém školení a motivace zaměstnanců v konkrétní ruské cestovní agentuře na základě dotazníkového šetření a pohovorů. Na konci je navrženo několik opatření, která by firma mohla podniknout pro ještě větší spokojenost svých zaměstnanců. Bakalářská práce je zpracována s využitím odborné literatury, interních materiálů a vlastních zkušeností autorky, která pracovala ve vybrané společnosti. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe, analyse and evaluate development, education and motivation of employees at a travel agency. The theoretical part defines the important chapters and concepts, which are necessary for the following analysis. In the following practical part the current state of development, education and motivation of employees at a specific russian travel agency is evaluated and analysed with the help of survey. At the end, there are a few suggestions on, what the travel agency could do to ensure even greater satisfaction of employees. This Bachelor's thesis is based on scientific literature devoted to the topic, company internal materials and the author's own experience, which she garnered while working in that particular company.
