Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování tématu "Logistický řetězec farmaceutické společnosti Sandoz s.r.o.". Cílem této práce je analýza logistických procesů této společnosti a návrh zefektivnění či zkvalitnění jednotlivých částí tohoto celku. Práce má dvě části -- teoretickou a praktickou. V první části se zaměřuji na představení pojmu logistika, jejího významu a pojetí, dále specifika farmaceutického trhu a typické rysy logistiky v tomto odvětví. Ve druhé části je představena společnost Sandoz a společnosti spolupracující v jejím logistickém řetězci, fyzický přesun zboží včetně dodacích parit, propojení informačními systémy a finanční toky. Následně u mnou zjištěných nedostatků navrhuji zefektivnění daných částí procesu. The topic of this bachelor thesis is "Supply Chain of the Pharmaceutical Company Sandoz s.r.o.". The main aim is the analysis of logistics processes of the company and suggestions for improvement or streamlining of individual parts of the complex. The work is divided in two parts -- theoretical and practical. In the first part I focus on introducing the topic of logistics and its importance, specifications of the pharmaceutical market and typical features of logistics in this field. In the second part the company Sandoz and the companies cooperating in the supply chain are introduced. Furthermore, I describe the physical transport of goods, interconnection via information systems and financial flows.
