Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na informační a komunikační technologie prostřednictvím analýzy obchodní činnosti české společnosti SITEL, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy, vymezuje český sektor ICT, řeší historii, rozvoj a vliv těchto technologií a přibližuje české vývozní a dovozní aktivity. Praktická část představuje společnost SITEL, spol. s r.o., poskytuje základní informace o nabízených službách a produktech. Samostatná kapitola je pak věnována mezinárodním aktivitám této společnosti. Na základě rozboru obratu firmy a vypracování SWOT analýzy je obchodní činnost společnosti shrnuta s postřehy, jak využívat stávající situace na domácím i zahraničním trhu. This thesis focuses on information and communication technologies using the analysis of the Czech company SITEL, spol. s r.o. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic information, defines the Czech ICT sector, describes the history, development and impact of these technologies and outlines Czech export and import activities. The practical part presents the company SITEL, spol. s r.o., provides basic facts about services and products. A separate chapter describes the international activities of the company. On the basis of the insight into the company's turnover and the SWOT analysis company's business is summarised with the recommendation how to use an advantage of the current situation on the domestic market as well as on foreign markets.
