Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi vnitřní kontroly kvality výuky na vysokých školách, se zaměřením na evaluaci předmětů studenty na Fakultě managementu Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Cílem práce je především zmapování současného stavu zpětné vazby z obou zainteresovaných stran, tedy pedagogů i studentů. V teoretické rovině je práce zaměřena na hodnocení zaměstnanců obecně, dále na hodnocení kvality výuky na vysokých školách a detailněji se zabývá právě zpětnou vazbou studentů. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi studenty a pedagogy a na základě komparace získaných poznatků je vytvořen návrh možných změn. Ten obsahuje především vytvoření vnitřního předpisu, informování studentů o umístění výsledků zpětné vazby, pravidelné komentování výsledků evaluace pedagogy a změny v obsahu předmětové ankety. The Bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of internal quality control of teaching at universities when focusing on student`s evaluation of the courses at the Faculty of Management, the University of Economics in Prague. The object of the work is mainly to map the current state of feedback from both parties, the teachers and students as well. On the theoretical level, the thesis focuse on the evaluation of the emloyees in general as well on further evaluation of teaching quality at universities and deals with the student`s feedback in detail. The survey among students and teachers was carried out as a practical part of the thesis. The draft mapping possible changes was created in order to compare the acquired knowledge. The creation of internal regulation is a main topic. It consists of informing students about the location of the feedback results regular commenting on results of the evaluation by professors and changes in the content of the subject polls.
