V této bakalářské práci se zabývám personálním auditem kulturně založené organizace, konkrétně taneční školy B-Original. První (teoretická) část obsahuje historii personální činnosti, její základní pojmy a teoretické poznatky a specifikace pro organizaci v kulturním prostředí. Druhá (praktická) část je vedena formou rozhovoru a obsahuje seznámení se zkoumaným subjektem, analýzu stávající situace, SWOT analýzu a následné doporučení, které by taneční škola měla následovat. This bachelor thesis is focused on personnel audit of organization in cultural environment -- personnel audit of B-Original dance school. First (theoretical) part contains history of human resource management, its theoretical knowledge and notions, and specifics of culturally based organization. Second (practical) part is based on interview and it contains familiarization with the object of study, analysis of the current sutiation, SWOT analysis and recommendation that the dance school should follow.
