V této práci bude cílem vytvořit finanční analýzu podniku Schindler CZ, a.s. v letech 2009 - 2013. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, ve které jsou vysvětleny použité metodiky, které jsem si vybral pro zhodnocení situace podniku. V další části, praktické, jsou vybrané ukazatele aplikovány a následně komentovány s ohledem na výsledek výpočtů. Tato část se skládá z vertikální a horizontální analýzy, poměrových ukazatelů, ukazatelů rentability, ukazatelů zadluženosti, ukazatelů likvidity a ukazatelů aktivity. Dále je použit ukazatel EVA (ekonomická přidaná hodnota) a následně jsem se pokusil společnost porovnat s odvětvím. Závěrem jsem shrnul poznatky a pokusil se navrhnout doporučující opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace. In this work i will aim to create financial analysis of Schindler CZ, Inc. in years 2009-2013. The work will be divided into theoretical part, which will explain the methodological used, which i chose to avaluate the situation. In the next section, practical, i will apply selected indicators and subsequently be attempting to comment with regard to the outcome of the calculations. This part consist of verical and horizontal analysis, financial ratios, profitability indicators, debt ratios, liquidity ratios and indicators of activity. As the next thing, i will count the indicator EVA( economic value added) and then try to comapre company with industry. At the end i will summarize foundings and try to propose recommending measures to improve the financial situation.
